Crispy Cajun Roasted Chickpeas

I don’t know about you but I love a good salty and crunchy snack from time to time! These crispy cajun roasted chickpeas are the perfect healthy snack for those cravings.


Serves 1-2

15oz Can Chickpeas (drained)

Olive Oil

Cajun Seasoning

  • Salt + Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Oregano

  • 1/4 tsp Thyme

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cover 13x9” baking pan with parchment. Drain and rinse chickpeas then spread in a single layer on baking pan. Coat chickpeas with olive oil and seasoning then toss until coated. Bake for 40-50 minutes stirring once for even baking. Remove when golden and crispy. Allow to cool and enjoy!
