Savory Roasted Almonds

Who doesn’t love a savory snack that’s sure to beat that mid-day hunger?! These sweet and savory roasted almonds are sure to do the trick.


Serves 1-2

3 C Raw Almonds

2 Egg Whites

1T Water

Cajun Seasoning

  • Salt + Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Paprika

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Oregano

  • 1/4 tsp Thyme

  • 2T sugar

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Cover 13x9” baking pan with parchment. In a small bowl whisk together the egg whites and water until foamy. Toss raw almonds in egg white mixture to coat and remove any excess liquid from bowl. In separate bowl combine seasoning. Sprinkle seasoning over coated almonds then toss until coated. Spread evenly over parchment making sure the almonds are not clumped together. Bake for 20 minutes stirring every five minutes for even baking. Remove from oven and allow to cool before enjoying!
