Holy cow! 2018 flew by in the blink of an eye. Filled with travel, home renovation, kids and puppies I couldn't have asked for a better year. A lot was accomplished and there are so many things to be proud of. As we head into 2019 I am even more excited for what's to come but to also excited to refocus and find a good working balance between it all.

Read MoreThis past weekend ventured out for one of our favorite annual traditions to pick out our Christmas tree and I am pretty sure that this year's tree takes the cake. Of course finding the perfect tree takes a little time and behind these perfectly cheery faces and grins was an hour of tears, laughter, shivering and complaints as we circled the tree farm at least a half dozen times. This year may not have set the record for longest time it took to pick out a tree but it sure does come close to the tree of 2013.
