Spring 2019 One Room Challenge Week 1: Here We Go Again

Here we go again!

It is week one of the Spring 2019 One Room Challenge! I am so excited to be participating once again and after a week away soaking up so much inspiration in Palm Springs, I am ready to get to work. 

For those of you that are unfamiliar with ORC, it is a six week challenge held twice annually where bloggers + designers take on a space and fully transform it. If you have never followed along, prepare to be blown away! These designers don’t mess around. Now, to get to what you are all here for. The room I will be transforming is... our second floor half bath!

Situated in our eleven year old daughter’s bedroom, this roughly 20sq ft half bath is in need of a major facelift. The bathroom currently features glossy white walls, outdated fixtures, crumbling vanity and a toilet that just needs to go. Over the next six weeks follow along as I take this space from drab to a mid century eclectic tween dream.
